ANNOUNCING YOUR REGISTRY
Besides old fashioned word of mouth, you can use our Registry's built in E-Notification system to send an e-mail to your friends. We can also provide you with Gift Registry Cards. Please, send us an e-mail to info@orrefors.us and we will mail them to you.

MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR REGISTRY
Once you create the Registry you are in full control. By logging on to your registry you will be able to make any changes at any time. To add additional gifts please log on to the registry and then click on the Add to Registry button on the product pages. You will also be able to update, edit and change the quantity on any item at any time.

ADDING A PHOTO TO YOUR REGISTRY
Once you login into your Registry, please go to Photo Album and click on Add Photo. We can accept gif and jpeg (jpg) images. This service is free and there is no limit on how many pictures can be uploaded. The pictures will be automatically purged if there is no activity on the Registry for over three months. To keep Registry active simply login periodically. There is a direct link to your Photo Album and can be found in the startup page of your Registry. You can choose one of the photos to be displayed on the Registry page, by selecting a photo and clicking "Select this picture for my Registry" link.

RSVP SYSTEM
The on-line RSVP system allows guests to RSVP on-line instead of with a card. This saves both time and money. The system automatically adds up all the responses and displays them in a report for you. Guests can access the RSVP system by logging in to your registry. Feel free to try it out. You can delete any unwanted RSVPs from your system. Your RSVP summary will contain the total number of guests who can attend and those who can't. It will also contain the names of each guest, special dietary preferences and any other comments. There will also be a link to your gift registry from the RSVP web page. So once they RSVP they are only one click away from your gift list. There is a generic comment field where they can enter their meal (vegetarian) or other preferences. If the guests RSVP you over the phone or mail you can enter them in the RSVP system.

There are several benefits that you will experience by creating a gift registry. First, you'll make it easier and more convenient for your friends to pick out the perfect gift for you. Our Partial Purchase feature makes it easy for a group of people to share the cost of an expensive gift. Second, a gift registry can help you avoid duplicate or unwanted gifts, and save you the trouble of returning unwanted gifts to the store. Finally, a gift registry is a good place to keep track of all the things that you need, but don't necessarily want to purchase right away. You never know when someone might buy it for you.

OCCASIONS
Orrefors Gift Registry is suitable for any occasion, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, house warming, graduations, retirements etc. There is no fee to set up a registry and you can set up a separate registry for each event. Each registry will show up when your guests searches for your registry, along with the Event Name.

FULL OR LIMITED ACCESS
You can choose to give your guests complete access to your registry or you can set up a guest password for limited access.
