Jens Josefsson is a Swedish gin expert based in Denmark. An internationally recognized expert on gin, Josefesson is, among other things, the author of several books including  "Swedish Gin - Drinks, distilleries and dreamers" and "Today’s Gin drink 2024". A member of the jury for "Gin & Tonic Awards Sweden" and a recent inductee into the renowned international forum “The Gin Guild”, Josefsson is an educated chef with a background in hotels and restaurants, but now runs a company in the IT industry. Alongside his wife, Emma Trollpil, Josefesson runs Gin Sweden, the national authority on gin development and production in Sweden. Gin Sweden is also a successful consultant to the beverage industry on all matters gin and tonic, including product- and flavor development. An appreciated guest speaker and lecturer, Josefsson’s gin tastings and insights on how to succeed with the perfect gin drink are immensely popular.
