SHIPPING
- Every package is insured
- Hand packed to the highest standards
- Delivered to doorstep by UPS Ground to 48 States. Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories require an additional charge
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
- Discounts do not apply to shipping or engraving charges.
- Orders ship Monday through Friday only. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
- Free shipping applies only to standard-sized items; additional charges may apply for larger or heavier products.
HOLIDAY DELIVERIES
Orders are being processed as quickly as possible and a notification will be sent when the items are shipped. Please note: due to high volume of Holiday orders our lead time maybe a little longer than usual.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
In the normal course of business, UPS will deliver most packages without obtaining a signature - regardless of whether the shipment is our Free Ground Service or any of the Premium Air Services. As crystal gifts are of considerable value, we offer the UPS option to obtain a signature, therefore delivering your selection to your recipients hands - guaranteed!
PREMIUM AIR SERVICES
We offer Premium Shipping Air Services: Next Day Air, and Second Day Air.
Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver on weekends or Holidays.
All orders placed after 11am E.S.T. will be processed the next business day.
Please allow 24 hour processing time for all orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship only within USA for all orders placed on these sites.
NO SALES TAX CHARGES
If you reside, or the shipping address is outside New Jersey and New York, we will not charge you Sales Tax.
All you pay is the price of the item.
