Engraving, Monogramming, Company Logos & Art Designs
We offer high quality engraving and monogram services on most pieces, whenever physically possible.
Our engraving studio is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art computerized technology producing the highest quality engraving and monogramming available.

To place an order, select a piece that displays‚ Engraving or Monogramming Available. Select the Engraving or Monogramming option and fill in the required information.
You can e-mail artwork for logos separately to engraving@orrefors.us. You must reference your order number if e-mailing the artwork separately. Please e-mail your artwork as black and white pdf (Adobe Acrobat) files. We can also accept bitmap, jpeg, eps or tiff files of at least 300 dpi resolution. Engraved item sales are final.

Engraving
Our engraving services offer a wide range of customization,
and are suitable for personalizationes, weddings and
company gift giving. Company logos or art designs can also
be engraved onto the piece.
Monogramming
Monogramming is suitable for a number of occasions. It is suitable for weddings, birthdays and anniversaries as well as for office and corporate and client gifts. The initials are usually placed in order First, Last (larger), Middle.
For example John David Smith monogram would be JDS with S being larger than the rest of the monogram.
Couple monograms for weddings and anniversaries would be Groom, Last Name, Bride. For example John and Mary Smith monogram would be JSM with S being larger letter.
There are a couple options for same-sex married couples. Both last initials (for example John Smith and David Jones would be SJ) or single initial both first names (J + D). Or Mary Smith and Jane Jones would be SJ or M + J.
Company Logos
All company logo orders should be accompanied by artwork
in an acceptable format. Camera ready artwork is required
for etching logos and specific artwork.
Artwork must be supplied in high resolution at least 300 dpi EPS, AI or PDF file in
sharp, black and white art. Web artwork, .doc (Microsoft Word), are not
acceptable file formats.
To insure excellent artwork, it can be defined by pixels and can be scaled to any
size without distortion. The artwork remains sharp at any resolution.
For a clean neat message, do not use all caps in Apply Chancery, Park Avenue
or Shelly Volante Script. For engraving with a lot of text Helvetica or Apple
Chancery in lower case are best. Bold, open fonts work best for deep etching.
Art services may be incurred for font searching and matching. A fee of $60 per
hour ($30 minimum) may apply for alteration of existing artwork or to produce
originals such as logos, crests, shields, etc.
Names of all fonts used in the art file is needed when submitting the order. If a
font is not available, we will substitute our closest etchable font.
